from color......to black and white

This is just my first picture that i have taken and have played with the colors! I am finally done with my first semester of school and i am now on break until January 12th!!!! i'm sooooo glad that i get a break!!!!LOL!!!! Over this break i'm planning on taking pictures of people and playing with the colors (some more), studying for my biology test and exam, going to the gym, and keeping up on math!!! YAY!!! along with all that i am planning on squeezing in some free time and having some fun with my family! i hope everyone has a GREAT break!!!!!!! ENJOY!

Piano Party

Last Saturday I hosted a Christmas Piano Party at my house. I had no idea how many people were going to come! It was really fun! I played three songs. the first song was called "Vivace" the second song was " Angles We have Heard on High" and the last song was "Carol of the Bells" I messed up on the first two songs but i did a really good job on the last one. =) Overall the whole party went well, and after we were all done playing our songs we ate some cookies and the kids went outside and played in the backyard. My friend Karina (girl standing next to me) and i talked while we watched the rest of the kids play with the reflection of the hanging glass on a tree. it was really funny!

This is only one of the many things that my dog does when no one is paying any attention to her during the day. Good thing that piece of paper wasn't any ones homework!!! *phew*

what is Christmas? ask the harried cynic.

Christmas is confusion.

it is rushing frantically to buy the last gift,

it is losing a child in the crowd
and adding tears of fright
to tears of frustration.
it is running out of money
with twenty-five coming for dinner.
it is making merry while the heart is sad.

Christmas is confusion.

Christmas is tradition.
it is serving freshly baked cookies
