our awesome shirts!!!! haha!

This past Sunday my dad and I sang in the choir and we got to wear "black-on-jeans."...aka...we wore a black T-shirt with jeans. The entire choir showed up in the same black T-shirt. In the front it just says "night" but on the back it says "stage crew"...Haha!!! It was funny because we sang in the morning service and we all showed up wearing black shirts that said "night"!! Whenever we would say hi to anyone they would just look at us and keep walking! It was funny! But I quite enjoyed being able to worship in just a T-shirt and jeans!!! I found it to be quite comfortable! Haha!

i'm getting BAPTISED!!!

I am very proud to announce that next Sunday I am getting baptised!!! I am getting baptised at my church at the 5:00 service!!! I can't wait! I'm going to be sharing my testimony with the entire church! It's going to be soo fun yet at the same time I'm kind of nervous! haha...but I know it's going to be all good! and afterwards we're going to go out to eat to celebrate!

lemons, oranges and more lemons!!!

last week my mom and dad worked together and picked the rest of the oranges off our orange tree! oh my gosh! there was A LOT A LOT of them!!! my mom used most of them to make orange juice and then saved some just for eating. now we have a bunch of containers in the freezer full of orange juice!! we also have two pitchers of orange juice all ready for drinking in the refrigerator!! haha! yea....we have a lot of juice!...ORANGE JUICE ANYONE!?!?!?!?! Lol!! Our friends also gave us some of their lemons from their lemon tree!!! It's crazy!!!

morning hike......

this morning my family and i woke up early and got ready for a hike! i just love waking up sooo early...aka...at 6:30AM.....-_- i was not looking forward to going AT ALL.....but once i woke up some more and got dressed and got my camel back all filled up i was.....ok....i'm not much of a hiker so this time my parents put together a little "flyer" and sent it out to about 50 familes saying that our family is going on a hike on this day, at this time, and we're only going to wait for people this long.....haha. once we got there i wasn't expecting anyone to show up, but i was surprised to see my friend allie walk up with her family and my brother's friend! it was fun. I got to talk to allie the whole time and alex got to run ahead with his friends. i never knew that having a friend come would be a lot better! haha! we talked the entire way! we got to the end of the trail within two hours and got back within an hour. by the time we go back it was exactly 11!! PHEW!!! perfect timing!!! haha! it was.....-i must admit-....fun and i had a good time! i hope next time, though, that more people can join us!!

.....OH YEA.....and once we all reached the end of the trail we all stood together and took a groupd picture!! that was cool too! i hope the next group picture will be bigger! haha!

Interning....

OK.....PHEW!!! Finally!!! I finally have time to sit down and write on my blog!! I am really behind I know! I have been really really busy the past two months! I have been doing school, chores, and working! For the past eight weeks I had been interning at Valley Youth Theater on Saturdays from 9:00 am- 12:30pm!! And this past week I interned for the Spring break camp!! Today was the last day and the kids had their little show case! it was very cute and colorful!! haha!! they preformed four songs from Seussical and three scenes. The kids did a GREAT job! I am sooo proud of them ALL and I can't wait until this summer when I help out in the summer camp!!!

KEYS football games!! back in session!!

at my co-op football is the famous sport. every Monday and Thursday at lunch a group of boys and girls go out onto the field and play football. (they play the whole lunch hour then when it's time to go back to class they start eating.....it's kinda funny.) but i don't blame them! its what you want to call their "PE" or "recess" time....hehe....i don't play but i like to sit up against the wall with my friends and watch them.
